Open Records provides a vital way for citizens to access, inspect, or obtain copies of government records.  While some records may be withheld under specific legal circumstances, the Town of Smithville is committed to transparency and open communication with our community.

We offer several convenient ways for you to request public records:

Submit Your Public Records Request

Once you have completed the form, you can submit it:

• In person at Town Hall
• By email to tostc@traceroad.net
• By mail to:  Town of Smithville, PO Box , Smithville, MS  38870, ATTN: Public Records Request
