Smithville Municipal Court

The Smithville Municipal Court serves as the judicial branch of local government handling violations of town ordinances and certain state laws within the town's jurisdicition.  The court is committed to fair, impartial, and efficient administration of justice for all residents and visitors.

Smithville's Municipal Court processes cases such as:

• Traffic citations
• Misdemeanor offenses
• Code violations
• Other matters authorized under Mississippi law

Court proceedings are conducted in accordance with state statutes and local regulations.  The court staff is dedicated to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for all individuals who appear before the bench.
